Born and raised in Greensboro, NC, Chef Leah discovered her passion for cooking at an early age. She began cultivating her culinary foundation through gardening as a child, developing the skills to plant, nurture, and harvest fresh ingredients — experiences that shaped her lifelong philosophy that food should be fresh, intentional, and rooted in quality ingredients.

Growing up, she drew inspiration from Food Network shows such as Barefoot Contessa, Chopped, and The Pioneer Woman, which fueled her creativity and love for flavorful, thoughtfully prepared cuisine.

Specializing in Modern American Cuisine, Chef Leah emphasizes seasonal produce and local farmers markets, crafting dishes that are vibrant, wholesome, and artfully composed.

In 2022, she brought her vision to life by launching Eatz with Leah, sharing her passion for elevated, seasonal meals for busy professionals, families, and discerning clients who value quality, flavor, and intentional dining.
